Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the pre-commissioning phase of a subsea pipeline project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the oil and gas industry, particularly in subsea pipeline pre-commissioning. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
- Establish clear communication channels and ensure all parties are informed of project status and changes.
Execution and Monitoring:
- Lead the execution of the pre-commissioning activities, including pipeline cleaning, gauging, hydro-testing, dewatering, drying, and leak testing.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and client requirements.
Quality and Safety Management:
- Implement and enforce strict quality control and assurance procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all activities are conducted safely and in accordance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) policies.
- Conduct regular safety and quality audits and inspections, addressing any non-compliance issues promptly.
Budget and Cost Control:
- Manage project budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management and clients.
- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure the best possible rates and terms.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Provide regular feedback, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Resolve conflicts and issues within the team promptly and effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
