Accountable for improving the productivity of PTTEP Malaysia Asset employees by developing and implementing learning & development strategies. Responsible for assessing company-wide developmental needs, identifying appropriate learning and development solutions, and ensuring their effective delivery.
Oversee the “PTTEP Malaysia Talent Management & Succession Plan,” which includes managing the performance management system, competency management system, and career development programs.
Gather, summarize, and administer reports on Learning and Development activities.
2.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Proactively search for, creatively design, and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance, and recognize employee achievements.
Develop and suggest learning & development strategies that align with PTTEP MY Asset’s business directions and goals.
Conduct annual learning and development needs assessments, as well as competency assessments and analyses, for each department within PTTEP Malaysia Asset.
Design training programs and frameworks that align with both individual and organizational goals.
Estimate training costs, manage the training budget, and ensure that training investments deliver a strong return on investment.
Review and assess training programs to ensure their future feasibility and relevance to the organization.
Assess training programs, deliver training in areas of expertise, and resolve any issues between trainees and trainers.
2.1 PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Plan, organize, and facilitate employee development and training events, ensuring the availability of necessary supplies.
Maintain auditable training records, including attendance lists, certificates, and training provider information.
Plan and coordinate the internship/practical students’ program.
Administer and monitor staff performance assessments using the PTTEP Performance Management systems
Conduct follow-up studies on completed training to evaluate and measure results.
Liaise with PMU-Capability on PSC training commitments and man-months deductions.
Implement and execute the PTTEP Talent Management Program and Succession Plan, including the identification, development, and evaluation of talent.
Roll out new learning and development initiatives as directed by corporate leadership.
