To support and responsible for improving the productivity of the organization's employees by setting up learning & development strategy, assessing company-wide developmental needs, identifying and arranging suitable learning and development solutions for employees in PTTEP Malaysia Asset
To be responsible for “PTTEP Malaysia Talent Management & Succession Plan” which comprise of PTTEP performance management system, competency management system & career development.
To gather, summary and administrate on any reports regarding Learning and Developments and Employee Relations activities.
2.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.
Identify and suggest for learning & development strategy which support PTTEP MY Asset business directions and goals.
Conduct annual learning and development needs assessment & competency assessment and analysis for each department in PTTEP Malaysia Asset.
Design training programs/framework and manuals keeping in mind individual as well as organizational goals.
Estimate the possible cost of training and manage it in accordance with the budget, keeping in mind return on investments.
Review the training program to make sure it is feasible for the organization in future.
Assess training programs, deliver training in subjects in whom the incumbent has expertise and resolve training issues between trainee and trainer.
3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
Maintain auditable training records (e.g. attendance list, certificates, training providers).
Plan & coordinate the internship/practical students’ program.
Administer & monitor staff performance assessment using the PTTEP Performance Management systems.
Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
Liaise with PMU-Capability on PSC training commitment and man-months deduction.
Implement & Execute PTTEP Talent Management Program and Succession Plan starting with identification, development and evaluation.
Implement new learning and development initiatives as per corporate directions
