Responsible as PIC to assist the lead engineer in delivering projects and technical studies and achieving the company and project's technical quality requirements within agreed schedules in consultation with the project management team/lead engineer. Carry out process engineering calculations, simulations and other tasks and produce quality reports which are approved by lead engineer/project manager prior to transmittal to clients. Manage, check, and supervise the work of peers, engineers and graduate engineers prior to transmittal to clients. Pro-actively resolve design problems with vendors, client, and/or third parties. Understands external rules and regulations that impact business objectives. Maintains their professional network through regular and positive contact. Familiar with scope of work and its impact due to scope change. Work professionally with others in the process engineering, project team, and other related engineering discipline. Mentor and develop young engineers.
