- Preparation of specifications, Instrument Schedules, Instrument Data sheets, instrument index, instrument layouts, cable routings, Cable Block Diagram, hook-up diagrams, Installation details and all 2D instrumentation deliverables using AutoCAD and MicroStation.
- Preparations of MTO, Material Requisition, Weight Control Report (WCR), etc.
- 3D Modelling activities performed included modelling of Trays, Equipment, Cables using various 3D software’s including PDMS, S3D & E3D. Participate in 3D Model review weekly and for 30%, 60% & 90% with Client.
- Review of vendor packages; prepare vendor technical queries, technical evaluations documents and issue of vendor approval based on specification, data sheets and compliance with project requirement.
- Conducting site visits, collecting data, supervising of factory acceptance tests (FAT) and technical meetings with vendors, coordinating with contractor, client, and other disciplines, etc.
