Having a total of 37 years of work experience. About fifteen years in Sultanate of Oman in managing HSSE of various Oil & Gas Projects both (on plot and off plot) under world famous clients like Petroleum Development of Oman, British Petroleum Oman, Daleel Petroleum, Duqm Refinery and Occidental Oman.  Having long experience in construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, pre-start up, operation and major shutdown works of various Gas Plants and Oil Plants. Able to manage HSSE of critical and technically complex project with more than 46 million safe manhours (the highest). Before that I had twenty-two years work experience in Indian Army out of which two years on deputation to foreign country Royal Kingdom of Bhutan as a trainer to Royal Bhutan Army officers on documentation.
