5 plus year experience in field of Process Engineering includes experience of FEED, Detail and Basic engineering in various streams including Oil & gas, Petrochemical and Chemical along with field engineering support to construction team, pre-commissioning, commissioning and plant start-up. Responsible for the process engineering discipline in Polypropylene Unit. Hands-on experience in all aspects of process deliverable development such as Scope study & Man-hour estimation, Deliverable list, PFD, HMB, P&ID, Hydraulics, Equipment process and instrument data sheet, Simulation, Relief Valves Sizing, Relief and blow down summary, Logic description includes PLD reviewing, Cause & Effect diagrams, Utility summary, Operating manual, Participation in HAZOP, FAT, SAT, Fire water demand calculation, Technical support to Procurement team, etc. Clarify process strategy and requirements with BID owner. Participate in project internal & external meetings, inter-discipline to discuss/ clarify process issues and engineering activities. Co-ordinate with Licensor and Licensees for resolution of any errors and deficiencies in LICENSOR’s Process Design Packages (PDP’s) and management of any other deviations.
