My experience as General Manager Human Resources in Manufacturing Automotive Parts with 1200 employees.
I succeeded in making a strategy for the composition of the number of workers, salaries for the mission to save the company from the impact of COVID-19 and it was successful. I managed to solve this case with a negotiation win win solution.

My background Education is an Engineer's degree focused in Petroleum Engineering from Trisakti University Indonesia also I hold Master of Business Administration in Finance.
I have been working several times abroad, like in Agrigento, Sicily-Italy in 2003, Christchurch-New Zealand in 2004 and Dongying, Shandong- China in 2010-2011.
My personal achievement as President Director in Oil and Gas Industry in 2015-2019(Top 10 Oil Drilling companies in Indonesia)
When I worked in the oil field, I started from a low position in 2005 and I always excelled so that in 2015 I succeeded in serving as President Director of the Best 10 Oil Drilling Companies in Indonesia.
Experienced as Bullfrog Farm Owner
I started the business of raising frogs in 1998 in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, started as a Rookie and managed to become an Exporter in 2000 within only 2 years.
With all my life and work experiences as well as my background, I can be anything...because God has given all abilities to humans to develop their careers.
