• Successfully handover 17+ projects, Capex investment from $ 2 million to $100 million across the Globe. Certified International project manager from IPMA-level C, Netherland and Agile project management (PMI-ACP) from PRINCE -2, Axelos United Kingdom.
• As a senior project manager responsible for techno commercial feasibility, land selection & acquisition, obtaining govt permits from agencies & ensuring compliance with regulators. Coordinating with architects, PMC, HOD, PMO, subject matter expert (SME) and other construction professionals to ensure compliance with approved codes. Further, project micro planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling, ordering of material/equipment, logistic, negotiate & order finalization, cost control, bill certification, forecast project budget, change management, construction quality and prepare the MIS reports / construction progress on weekly basis.
• Drafting contract /WO/PO, including prices & terms of payment, scope, technical and project time line. Managing relationships with international & domestic client, sub-contractor, supplier throughout the life of the project/program and hands-on experience of entire project life cycle with formal closure.
