Qualified senior professional process engineering has 25 years of experience with international EPC contractor and major international operation companies in oil and gas fields. Process engineer in different companies such as TOTAL, OMV, APACHE, WorleyParsons and Sonatrach. I worked in Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, UK, Aberdeen, Austria, Algeria and France. Extensive experience in process engineering, technical authority and production operations technical support in oil & gas industry. Hands on experience in multi-disciplinary engineering teams supporting asset operation, maintenance and projects during feasibility, concept, FEED, detailed engineering, construction, precommissioning, commissioning, startup, decommissioning. As well as supporting operations in SIMOPS, Incident investigations, root cause failure analysis (RCA), process troubleshooting, debottlenecking, system rating and adequacy check, safe operating envelopes, plant shutdown and turnarounds (TAR), production optimization, operability and reliability management, facilities integrity and process safety management (PSM) including management of change (MOC), HAZOP, PSSR ,-----etc. Operating and design experience in main technologies associated with upstream oil and sour & sweet gas processing facilities, including separation, pumping, gas compression, gas treating (sweetening, dehydration and dew pointing), produced water treatment and steam generation technologies. Prepare /review and approve project deliverables including BOD, process simulation, hydraulic modelling, PFD, H&MB, P&ID's, C&E, equipment/ instruments datasheets as well as design review and HAZOP study. Conversant with API, ASTM, ASME, NACE, ISO and other international codes and standards. Familiar with APACHE, TOTAL, WorleyParsons, OMV, PETROFAC, BP, SHELL, ENI, NOC and SONATRACH standards & design guidelines. Competencies include strategic planning, program management, quality assurance, resource optimization, budgeting, cost control and team mentoring & leadership.
