1). Freelance Lead Project Engineer - Commissioning Engineer/Plant Operator for standby gen-set (In charge for mobile generator set/feeder management-emergency transfer load manager).
2).Performing checklist for P&ID diagram:- Tagging, References and symbols, outlet and inlet design parameters, key equipment’s design parameters, line sizing, valve sizes, valve position prior failure and operation, instrumentation and control, control panel interface, materials selection for key component and all that associated design P&ID.
3). Performing mechanical and electrical/PLC troubleshooting.
4).Team lead Project/Supervise for preventive, correction and periodic maintenance for large diesel engine and medium size diesel engine (General Overhauls, Top Overhauls and Commissioning) – Niigata 18PC2.5 V type, NKK Fuji SEMT Pleistick 12PC 2.5V type, SEMT Pleistick 12PC 2.5 V type, Cummins Engine, Old English engine, Caterpillar Engine, Deutz engine, Compressor/Rotating Equipment and Motor pump/Feed Pump/Calculation pump and Mill equipment such as Mud Drum, Boiler drum and boiler auxiliary system –(Safety valve, piping, boiler feed conveyor system, Furnace HD fan motor, Furnace ID fan motor and Furnace).
5). Team Lead for workshop for fabrication works and overhauling/top-haul works for primer-mover engine.
6).DOSH Competency training on line and on site (Class room).
7). Commissioning (Mechanical and Steam/Steam blowing/Feed Pumps/Calculation pump/Gas Turbine/Steam boiler/Steam Turbine/Diesel Generator Engine/Hydro Turbine – All the associated auxiliary equipment for GT/Boiler/ST/DG/HT ) and Water treatment analysis -(Boiler water, Condensate and Seawater Cooling water)
8). Team lead/Supervise preventive correction and periodic maintenance for large industrial GE Frame 5, GE Frame 6 gas turbine, Alstom Atlantique gas turbine and Westinghouse gas turbine (Hot Gas Path Inspections, Combustion Inspection and Major Inspections) , AEG Kanis Boiler aux, Boiler tube inspections, Safety Valve, Piping, Condensate and AEG Kanis Steam Turbine.
9). Prepared/coordinated/supervise schedule for regulatory inspection (Certificate of fitness) – Major inspection for the steam boiler, steam turbine and associated pressure vessel – According to the DOSH requirement and code - Steam blowing/target plate, hydro-static test boiler drum, dearator drum, condensate drum and associated piping system (wet and dry steam).
10). Prepared maintenance documentation reports, budget reports, Wet/Dry/Cool/Hot Commissioning reports/checklist, timesheet reports, milestone and gantt chart, faulty, availability, Malfunction reports, Performance test report – GT/ST/HT/DG availability, Steam Test, Compressor Wash, DG compress Test, Hydrostatic test, vibration test and analysis/troubleshooting during project on site.
11). Workshop and general works.
12). Maintenance and repair for Plywood Mill and Agriculture machinery.
13). Visiting Steam/ICE engineer during DOSH inspections.
