15 years’ experience as Project Engineer, Field Engineer and Instrumentation & Control Engineer in
Offshore Oil & Gas, Chemical, LNG, Power industry, Engineering Design background, graduated from
Beijing University of Chemical Technology which is a national key university for “Project 211” in China.
Involved project phases including: Tendering/Proposal, Concept, Pre-FEED/FEED, DED, Construction,
Installation, Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning, Start-Up, etc.
Coordination for Project Engineering & Execution, Stewardship for Vendors and associated FAT/SAT,
Facilitation for Procurement and site Construction & Commissioning, Support for Process Unit System
Completion: TO, MC and HO, etc.
Steward contractor’s performance, engaging/aligning key stakeholders, engaging discipline
engineers and other project resources as required, to complete the assigned scope consistent with
the Project Objectives.
Support Procurement to prepare Request For Quotation (RFQ) and assess vendor’s Proposal and
Quotation, help to expedite vendor’s fabrication to meet project Critical Path requirement.
Engage Project Team and Contractors to verify that the design, procurement and construction is
consistent with project requirements and completed within the established schedule.
Actively manage interfaces and ensure adequate engagement between all stakeholders (i.e.
Construction, Commissioning, Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, 3rd Party Suppliers, etc.).
Coordinate procurement packages with Contractor and Company Technical Personnel to ensure
technical requirements are met and equipment delivery dates support the Project schedule.
Ensure smooth transitions between project stages, across sites and between key stakeholders.
Coordinate constructability inputs, project issues resolution, and change requests.
Familiar with PLC/DCS, SIS, FGS, System Hardware Designing/Modeling, Proficient in Field
Instrumentation, Analyzer, Control Valve, Mastered at IC&S Engineering Deliverables, Familiar with
Field Engineering, Red Line Mark Up, Site Instruction Sheet (SIS), Quality Control Form (QCF),
Inspection Testing Report (ITR), Punch Closure, DCN Implementation, etc.
Skilled with Office & Graphic Software like: Microsoft Office & AutoCAD & Adobe Acrobat, Familiar with
HMI Software like: InTouch, FactoryTalk, Familiar with 3D Model Review Software like: SmartPlant,
Navisworks, Familiar with Engineering Design Software like: Autoplant, COMOS, AVEVA, SPIntools.
