I am a HSE professional that have more than 12 years working experience in HSE particularly related to Oil and Gas Industry. I am 35th years old, married, have three daughters, energetic and in excellent health. I have an educational background in Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) majoring Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, in Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) with GPA: 3,39. I have abroad working experience for North Oil Company Qatar for Major Project Division with Gallaf Batch 2 Project as Offshore HSE Supervisor. Gallaf Batch 2 project is including greenfield and brownfield activity to install new Well Head Platform (WHP) in Charlie & Echo Location of Al Saheen Field. And currently I am working for PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam (formerly Total E&P Indonesie) as Project HSSE Engineer in Project Division for greenfield and brownfield projects. I am a hard worker, able to work in individual or team and fast learner. I have certified for NEBOSH International General Certificate, IOSH Managing Safely, Occupational Health and Safety Expert from Ministry of Manpower of Indonesia, Oil and Gas Health and Safety Supervisor, also certified for internal auditor for HSE management system. I have skills in hazards identification methods, contractor safety management system, HSE audit, risk analysis and assessment, incident investigation, lifting operation safety, and able communication in English both of written and verbal.
