·       Experience in New building of PSV, DSV, LNG, Chemical Tankers, Jack-up Barges, Bulk Carriers, Survey Vessel and dredgers.

·       Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

·       Work Execution / Construction Methodology / Construction & Loadout Feasibilities.

·       Manhour estimation for deliverables / Project schedule, Control drafting team.

·       Preparation of heavy lift drawings, lifting arrangement drawings, installation sequence, yard refurbishment drawings and sea fasting drawings preparation
