QA/QC Welding Inspector professional at oil and gas construction industries (EPCI) companies in domestic and international with over 6 years experienced in Fabrication, Construction and Erection of Petrochemical industries, Oil & Gas as Quality Control Inspector. With scope of works such as fabrication of welding structural steel and piping spool, steel structure and piping erection, welding monitoring, visual inspection, Witness NDT and DT of fabricated materials, monitoring pressure testing (Hydrotest), killing punch list refered to P&ID and Isometric Drawing. Involved in inspection, execution, supervision and co-ordination with Clients and other contractors. Develop and maintaining inspection based on Inspection Test Plan (ITP). Review material certificates, welding equipment certificates. Maintaining welding process as per Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), and ensuring product quality as per project specifications. Have qualifications of CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector from TWI, and International Welding Inspector from IIW, and ASNT NDT level II for PT, MT, UT and Radiography Interpreter (RI). Well conversant with international Code and Standards such as ASME BPVC sec.IX, ASME BPVC sec.V, ASME BPVC sec.VIII div.1, ASME BPVC sec.I, ASME BPVC sec.II, ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, API 1104, and AWS D1.1.
