•Reviewing fabrication and testing procedure (welding, painting, hydro test & NDT) to assure compliance with client specification.
•Issue the project quality plan and inspection test plan
•Perform or/and coordinate inspection when required.
•Reviewing NDT and QC reports to assure result are within tolerance
•Assist with engineering to assure that material selection and grades as per client requirement.
•Managing interface with skidder through all the construction phases
•Managing deviation request and technical inquires
•Ability to perform skid P&ID conformity
•Managing interface between notified body and company to get CE conformity certificate
•Perform or/and coordinate CE dossier
