I am an experienced Quality Engineer for EPCIC project and led certification body for ISO 9001 for over 8 years for oil & Gas company. I have good knowledge and keeping up to date with all related QMS standards and guidelines, equipped with auditing skills and well familiar with audit tools. I am also a CQI & IRCA Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor. I have experience in managing internal quality audit and certification body audit including planning, execution, reporting, follow-up and surveillance. Furthermore, Implementing Quality Program, managing non-conformities, perform Root Cause Analysis, lesson learned, trend analysis and conduct refresher training for Quality are a few of my highlights. I dealt with client requests and complaints as to fulfill their needs and expectations on the product or service provided.
