More than 15 years of experience in Engineering, Fabrication and Field Construction, has experience to execute
Bidding Phase, FEED and EPC Project and the scope of work are variety for international and domestic project.
As Mechanical Static Engineer, the equipment that already handled such as Pressure Vessel (Column and Drum
include with Internal parts), Filters, Heat Exchangers, Field Erected Tanks, Shop Fabricated Tanks, Air Cooled
Heat Exchangers, Structural steel, Field Erected of Spherical Tank etc.
Capable to prepare and review of design strength calculation, drawings, and related documents; check and
review all documents as per client’s specification and applied CODE; Coordination of project and communication
with client and vendor during engineering, design and fabrication; Prepared and review requisition, Mechanical
Data Sheets, standards & specification, BM/BQ, deliverable list, and estimate man hours & manning plan for
Project task; Familiar with applicable Code and standard ASME, TEMA, ASTM, API, ANSI, JIS, SHELL DEP etc.
and able to operate computer engineering program for mechanical design such as Compress & PVElite for
Pressure Vessel calculation, EDR Aspen-Tech for heat exchanger calculation, COADE Tank for Storage tank
calculation, Nozzle Pro Finite Element for Nozzle load analysis, SolidWork for Finite Element Analysis, Helix Delta
T-5 Professional for Conveyor design calculation, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Project, Visio,
Publisher, Power Points).
As Tank Field Engineer / Tank Supervisor are experienced with supervising the construction activity for Tank
field erection including preparation for construction progress report , review the subcontractor documents that
related with construction and safety concern (Method statement, Job Safety Analysis , Work permit, Drawings
etc.).
Directing and expedite Subcontractor to achieve construction progress based on project schedule planning and
to ensure that all construction activity already followed as per Method Statement and Job Safety Analysis. The
tank erection supervision was partially cover activities such as working at height, confined space, etc
