I am an experienced engineer specializing in rotating equipment and static equipment Oil & Gas, and I have been working with the international company BP. My expertise lies in pumps, compressors, generators, offshore crane, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, separators, glycol regeneration units, valves, and their associated systems. I have a deep technical understanding of these equipment types and bring a comprehensive knowledge base to my work.
In my role as the Mechanical lead, I am responsible for overseeing all preventive maintenance, overhauls, and shutdown activities related to both rotating and static equipment within the plant. I ensure that these activities are carried out in accordance with the highest global standards and best practices, with a focus on equipment availability, reliability, and integrity. Additionally, I provide expert engineering technical support to address any technical or safety-related concerns.
Furthermore, I offer comprehensive engineering support throughout various project phases, including the principle and front-end engineering design (FEED) stages, as well as during engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), factory acceptance testing/site acceptance testing (FAT/SAT), and pre-commissioning/commissioning activities. My aim is to contribute to the successful execution of projects while upholding the highest standards of engineering excellence.
In addition as a Rotating Equipment Engineer, developing maintenance programs, managing budgets, and leading projects related to rotating equipment. I have a strong record of accomplishment of utilizing advanced condition monitoring techniques, such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, and thermography, to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions. I have successfully supervised and guided rotating equipment engineers and technicians, ensuring compliance with regulations, safety measures, and engineering standards like the ETP of BP. Collaboration with various departments and stakeholders is a priority for me to achieve optimal results.
As a Static Engineer, I specialize in industrial static equipment and ensure compliance with industry codes and standards such as ASME, API, NFPA, and TEMA. I am responsible for overseeing the disassembly and reassembly of static equipment for integrity inspections.
