Mandatory: Degree in a relevant Operations and Maintenance disciplines from a recognised institution >10 yrs O&G Industry experience in ECI specialised Areas 1) Onshore 2) Brownfield projects (or Operations for operations roles) 3) Middle East 4) Conventional oil and gas Professional accreditation from recognised institute where required by role seniority i.e. C Eng (UK), P Eng (USA & Canada), Eur Ing (Europe) or equivalent is preferred for senior engineering roles such as Engineering Manager. Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic a benefit Strong working knowledge of key industry codes, standards and HSE Regulations and their application to mature operations and brownfield projects Specific Requirements: Proven Track record of successful delivery of brownfield projects in the range $5‐50 million within allocated cost and schedule parameters. Responsible for meeting project objectives and goals and overall team management. Proven team leadership with a sound understanding of planning, budget management, monitoring, reporting and liaising with client representatives.
