Scope of work
Qualification & Training:
• Degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Accounting / Finance or Equivalent
• Knowledge and experience in Oil & Gas will be an added advantage
Experience:
• Minimum – 12 years for Estimation Manager, 8 years for Senior Estimator and 4 years for Estimator – working and relevant experience in Oil & Gas especially in offshore T&I / EPCI, with estimation, tendering or project control
• Other additional experience in the oil and gas industry such as engineering, procurement, fabrication, or hook- up will also be considered
Skill / Attributes / Competencies:
• Well verse with Microsoft Office with intermediate/advance use of MS Excel
• Mature, fit, self-starter, analytical mind, independent, proactive, good leadership, good communication skills and able to work under pressure, and occasionally long and irregular hours at the office
• Keen to learn and with full commitment
• Fluent in English, with good oral and written communication skills
• HSE and Quality Management acumen with emphasis on process
Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare estimation file for the scope of work to be estimated by gathering proposals, technical concept, specifications, and related documents as per internal procedure and internal estimation sheet format
• Prepare commercial tables required for the various management reviews
• Prepare the commercial submission sheet as per client’s ITT requirement
