Core Qualifications  For expert MIG and TIG Welding with 6G welding technique.  Blueprint and Schematic Interpretation  Metal fabrication, SS, carbon steel and aluminums fabrication  Read and develop blueprint for fabrication  Interpret blueprints, and schematics and MIG or TIG weld parts as defined in specification sheets.  Position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly using straightedges, combination squares, calipers, and rulers.  Monitor fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating, warping, shrinking, distortion, or expansion of material.  Examine completed work for defects and measure pieces with straightedges and templates to ensure conformance with specifications, report nonconforming material to team leader for quality assurance.  Be able to develop, read and reinforce welding standards and procedures Qualifications  Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical Fabrication, Machining and Welding technology)  At least 15-20 years experience (Mechanical Fabrication, Machining and Welding in Oil & Gas and Chemical Plant or Heavy Industry)  Ability to read and understand technical drawing, manuals, and checklist etc.  Experienced in CBM tools and software.
