Scope of work

Experienced HR Coordinator with a strong focus on recruitment and a proven track record of 7 years in HR operational roles preferably from oil &gas. 1. Recruitment - Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from job profiling to onboarding. - Work with multiple recruitment sources and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment. 2. HR Operations: - Manage day-to-day HR operational tasks with efficiency and accuracy. - Administer employee benefits, leave policies, and ensure compliance with HR regulations. - Oversee personnel records, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy. 3. Employee Relations: - Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution. - Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and address employee queries. 4. Compliance and Policy Adherence: - Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring company-wide compliance. - Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
