Industry experience in equivalent role or more of the following areas: 1) Onshore 2) Brownfield projects 3) Operations 4) Middle East 5) Conventional oil 6) Mature assets 7) JV or independent operators Professional accreditation from recognised institute i.e. C Eng (UK), P Eng (USA & Canada), Eur Ing (Europe) or equivalent Fluent in written and spoken English Strong working knowledge of key industry codes and HSE standards and their application to mature operations and brownfield projects. Responsible for monitoring and reporting compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, standards and procedures of all fabrication, installation, erection and testing processes during construction leading to mechanical completion. Recommend methods to improve overall quality and assists in analysing quality concerns. Supervise and coordinate Other Contractors’ inspection personnel. Monitor, supervise and assist Other Contractors’ to achieve the planned quality objectives.
