Scope of work
-Understand the company's products, solutions, and capabilities
-Identify customer's requirements & needs by conducting cold calls and site visits
-Prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
-Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies/networking events.
-Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.
-Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
-Helping customers who have problems with installed products and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
-Approach prospects and introduce the company’s capabilities and solutions by conducting cold calls and site visits.
-Listen and investigate prospect’s pain points and propose a suitable solution within the company’s technical capabilities, thereby converting them from prospects into customers.
-Maintain good relationships with prospects.
-Budget: 3-5K monthly depending on experience with commission
-Background: Engineering degree (mechanical/electric) with 2+ years of experience
-Qualification: Driver's licence (for site visits)
