Equipment Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of offshore equipment, machinery, and systems to identify any signs of wear, damage, or potential failures. 5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment inspections, maintenance activities, and project progress, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. 6. Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and maintain a safe working environment for the offshore team. 7. Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and efficient project execution. Requirements: 1. Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering (such as mechanical, electrical, civil, or petroleum engineering) is typically required. Some employers may also consider candidates with relevant technical diplomas or certifications. 2. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in engineering principles, offshore systems, and equipment is essential. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is also important. 3. Field Experience: Prior experience in offshore operations, engineering projects, or related industries is highly desirable. This may include internships, co-op programs, or entry-level positions. 4. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify solutions, and implement effective troubleshooting measures. 5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to collaborate with offshore teams, contractors, and stakeholders effectively. 6. Preferred had experiences in offshore/subsea installation and decom work that related with rigid pipeline, SURF, subsea structures, mooring chain etc. Most of works will be in SEA region.
