Scope of work
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines. Develop comprehensive project plans, work breakdown structures, and activity sequencing.
2. Allocate and optimize resources based on project requirements. Monitor resource utilization and capacity to ensure efficient project execution.
3. Develop project budgets, monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and provide cost reports. Implement corrective actions when necessary.
4. Identify and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans and ensure business continuity.
5. Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders. Lead project meetings and provide regular status reports.
6. Analyze project performance, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to standardized project management processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in project management or related field.
- Proven experience in project planning and coordination.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
