Scope of work
We are seeking experienced Structural Engineers for an upcoming project. The selected candidate will work on the design of a deck extension for a Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) module. This project is slated to begin within the next two weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform structural design and analysis of an FPSO deck extension using SACS.
Collaborate with the project team in data collection and analysis to develop design inputs.
Ensure all design activities comply with industry standards and client requirements.
Address potential design challenges and propose effective solutions.
Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any queries or concerns.
Requirements:
Proven experience in structural design, particularly in the oil & gas industry.
Proficiency in using SACS for structural design and analysis.
Experience with FPSO projects would be a significant advantage.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, methods, and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
