RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Ensure the governance of the project's manufacturing activities and initiatives regarding organizational, financial, technological, and contractual aspects, ensuring the achievement of the set objectives. 2) Plan, coordinate and control the execution of the project fabrication, in accordance with the client's requirements, in compliance with deadlines and costs, in coordination with other project departments and company functions, as appropriate, and in compliance with HSE and quality procedures. 3) Implement the necessary manufacturing management tools to effectively organize and control the manufacturing schedule, including subcontractor activities, critical paths, and productivity. 4) Achieve assigned budgetary goals by ensuring client procedures and practices compliance. 5) Report directly to project management operationally and to FABOP functionally. 6) Responsible for contributing to project lessons learned and consolidating those specific to manufacturing. REQUIRED SKILLS : 1) Preferable if past experience with the client 2) Experienced with fabrication processes especially subsea structures 3) Fluent with English written and spoken 4) Oriented with fabrication planning and reporting (productivities elaboration and follow-up, up to L4 scheduling) 5) Package MS Office, AutoCAD 6) Familiar with the multicultural working environment DURATION: 12 months LOCATION: In order to have access to the input data and to facilitate the exchanges with the persons having an in-depth knowledge of the project, the service will be carried out within the team integrated in the offices of the customer + MISSIONS (including BOSIET (OPITO certified) + MFC at the charge of the provider and compulsory at the beginning of the mission), France + missions to Intermare Sarda (Arbatax, Italy), Petromar Yard (Ambriz, Angola) and other eventual subcontractor(s).
