Scope of work
To Manage clients’ projects in all project phases from strategy development, conception, project planning to implementation and commissioning in the field of plant construction.

Management of project team members to implement the defined project objectives;
Responsible for planning resources, budgets and schedule including budget determination;
Ensuring compliance with and implementation of safety guidelines, cost targets, quality, and deadlines for projects;
Responsible for monitoring compliance with approved plan data (costs, dates, quality, content) and taking necessary corrective measures in the event of deviations;
Involvement of all bodies affected by the project as well as decisions and integration of the various interests including risk management and problem solving;
Participation in sales processes, implementation, and preparation of technical presentations on the topics of the subject area;
Internal and external project reporting.
Ensure the follow-up of the project management process, notably through reviews (Transfer offer project, launch review, /PMR/FAT/SAT);
Maintain project budgets as defined and the project margin sold to the customer and validated during the transfer review, from the offer phase to the project phase;
Meet deadlines and milestones:
Customer by guaranteeing customer satisfaction and billing and cash flow milestones;
Internal to ensure proper management resources across the various projects underway (delay of one project impacting another).
Manage the contractual scope for a project with the customer by managing changes through amendments and value proposition to the customer;
Guarantee the quality of the product or service delivered;
Project management through the dashboard and the risk / opportunity table;
Structuring of the project and definition of the activities;
Define and manage the project team for assigned projects.

General engineering background;
5 years of experience, including at least 3 years of experience as a project manager;
Knowledge of project management tools (MS project and MS Office);
Very good knowledge of project management: planning, management, control, customer complaints;
Very good knowledge of cost, quality and time estimates;
Contractual and financial management;
Knowledge of the different businesses and mastery of the value chain;
Knowledge and functional analysis of products, as well as the different stages of its operation, up to process control;
Fluency in English, German or Italian is a plus.
