Project Control Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to join our PMC team for a cutting-edge Floating Liquefied Natural Gas (FLNG) project. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your experience, knowledge, and skills to a major international project and play a key role in its successful delivery. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of project control, including planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance measurement. Manage and coordinate the project team to ensure timely completion of tasks within the planned budget. Develop, update, and maintain a detailed project schedule, including resources and costs, using project management software. Analyze project trends and make necessary adjustments to ensure the project remains within budget and on schedule. Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Monitor project risk and mitigate any potential issues that may affect project cost or schedule. Prepare regular project status reports and conduct project review meetings. Ensure compliance with all company and project policies, procedures, and standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management roles, with a focus on project control. Previous experience on FLNG, FPSO, FSO, or similar shipbuilding projects is strongly recommended. Experience working in or with teams based in Indonesia and/or China is a plus. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team. Proficiency in English, with additional language skills in Indonesian or Mandarin considered an asset.
