Scope of work

Ensure that the projects are planned, organized and executed in accordance with the Business Management System. Lead planning of project strategies including contracting, risk management, project controls, and project execution. Lead effort in developing Project Execution Plan. Build and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders associated with the project (partners, subcontractors, vendors, etc.). Serves as the single point of contact for customers. Create a quality and HSE oriented work climate that encourages client satisfaction and HSE consciousness among the project team. Identify enhanced business opportunities at Tender / BD stage and works with the proposal team to communicate customer requirements and to drive customer specifications toward standardized product solutions during tender / BD stage. Perform in depth review of the Contract, the tender and bid documents. Ensure that the project team understands the scope of work and endorse the Customer’s needs and objectives. Create Project Charter. Keep the appropriate communication with Key Account management and/or Business Development Manager. Ensure timely internal and external reporting. Manages, informs, and leads project team by setting and monitoring performance targets. Contribute to people development by interfacing with project department and HR. Guarantee achievement or improvement of profit & loss forecasts Develop integrated project team charter and lead team building, alignment, and communication processes.   Pre-requisites Engineering degree – master's degree is preferable Proficient in English – both speaking and writing 10 years of experiences as project manager in either oil and gas or petrochemical business for engineering and EPC projects 15 years of experiences in EPC business with excellent understanding of onshore and offshore projects including relevant equipment operations and services Ability to lead functional project teams and manages critical timelines with the goal to streamline and provide critical customer service Having growth mindsets and perseverance in getting results
