Desired Competency (Skills and Abilities)  Must have extensive knowledge of Onshore Midstream/Downstream project management, construction, budget control, schedule control and quality control management.  Familiar with international codes and standards related to Onshore engineering commonly accepted in the oil and gas industry including to related local regulations for Onshore plant design and construction.  Must have a good understanding of facilities design and production operations including a broad range of expertise on conceptual, development and production operations of Onshore constructions.  Good verbal communication, coordination and organizing skills with ability to work with minimal supervision and liaise effectively and efficiently with other team members within / outside Department.  Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills and integrity  Understanding PTTEP operating practices  Stakeholder Management skills - Proven ability to build strong working relationship with internal and external parties Work Experiences  Minimum of 20 years’ experience in Onshore gas plant/petrochemical/refinery industry with minimum 10 years’ experience in Project management role with proven track record in FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPCC, onshore construction, projects management & execution.  Experiences in FEED and/or EPCC of Onshore gas plant/petrochemical/refinery and Onshore pipeline in the similar scale with Lang Lebah field are advantage.  Experiences in project management for the project which have Licensor contractor during FEED/EPCC are advantage.  Experiences as Company Site Representative and/or field engineer during onshore plant construction for major project are preferable  Experiences in project management with scope of shore approach pipeline are advantage.  Experiences in FEED and/or EPCI of Offshore facilities are advantage.
