Job Description: - As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of our FPSO projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specified quality standards. - Your exceptional project management skills, leadership abilities, and industry knowledge will be critical in driving the success of our projects and exceeding client expectations. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for FPSO projects, from initiation to handover, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget. - Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, procurement, and subcontractors, to ensure effective communication, coordination, and alignment of project activities. - Manage project risks, proactively identifying potential issues, and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes. - Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and internal teams. - Manage project budgets, closely tracking expenditures, controlling costs, and ensuring accurate financial forecasting. - Facilitate effective communication and foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met. - Conduct regular project meetings, ensuring team members are well-informed, motivated, and aligned with project goals and objectives. - Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety practices throughout the project lifecycle. - Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process enhancements, best practices, and lessons learned to optimize project delivery. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. - Proven experience (10 years) in project management within the FPSO industry or a similar offshore oil and gas environment. - Solid understanding of FPSO project lifecycle, including engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and operations. - Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. - Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire multidisciplinary teams. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions in a dynamic environment. - Fluency in English; proficiency in Norwegian is a plus.
