Scope of work

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in the design, analysis, and installation of subsea equipment, structures, and pipelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Equipment Selection: Identify and specify appropriate installation equipment, tools, and resources required for decommissioning activities, considering project specifications and operational requirements.
  4. Installation Operations: Oversee and coordinate offshore installation operations, including vessel mobilization, equipment deployment, and subsea intervention activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
  5. Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential hazards and challenges associated with installation operations, prioritizing safety and environmental stewardship.
  6. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures and inspection protocols to verify the integrity and performance of installed equipment and structures, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
  7. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive installation reports, documentation, and as-built drawings to record project activities, deviations, and lessons learned, facilitating knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
