Scope of work
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in engineering or related fields
- Minimum seven (7) years of relevant project management working experience in offshore and onshore, upstream Oil and Gas facilities projects with project’s scope covering engineering design, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation and commissioning.
- Excellent management skills including the ability to plan, set goals, manage time, priorities, resources, schedules and cost.
- Held the position of/experience as the Sr. Project Engineer in at least one (1) FEED/DED projects for Central Processing Platform (CPP)
- Indonesian Nationality
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Word, Power Point, Excel, MS Teams, etc.)
- Good command in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Good ability to lead specific tasks and support a team. To work and interface with multiple disciplines in project.
Job Description:
- Project setup including preparation of project plans and procedures such as project execution plan, project coordination procedures etc., including input to regular (weekly & monthly) project management reporting.
- Cooperating and communicating with the project manager, engineering manager and other project members and collaborating with disciplines engineers to provide assistance and to propose more efficient project methods to achieve project goals within cost, schedule and quality.
- Interfacing with Clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and communicating those to the project team.
- Preparing, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned project engineering tasks.
- Coordinate, monitor and maintain the Technical Query / Technical Deviation register including responses from Client.
- Arrange project meetings, workshops, joint reviews, or internal/external discipline technical discussions as required.
- Support engineering manager and follow up with discipline engineering to closeout findings/ implement recommendations from safety studies (HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, etc.) and other design reviews (3D Model Review, - Constructability) including Lesson Learned, Value Engineering, etc.
- Together with PMT monitoring the project progress, reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions to catch up progress.
