Project Engineer

Job responsibilities include: Writing Method Statements for offshore and onshore execution activities Creating Material list, MTO, Mobilization plans Performing drawings and calculations for lifting activities Performing site survey, fabrication follow-up and issuing reports Managing subcontractors onsite during execution periods Provide support to the Project Manager for: Creating project documentation (Document register, Quality plan, etc.) Creating large scale tenders Participate in HIRA’s Meeting with subcontractors and clients Qualification and Skills Bachelor in Mechanical or Naval or Structural Engineering 3 to 5 years of experience including Project Engineering in Offshore industry (Hook-up, upgrades/revamping, decommissioning, substation installation) Offshore and hands-on Project Execution experience is a must Good experience of offshore operations, construction activities (welding/plating) and lifting activities Attitude/other skills Willing to be part of a fast-pace developing company Frequent local travel and offshore visits Team player Passion for technical and challenging projects Good computer skills with ability to create detailed and meticulous documentation Interest and curiosity for other activities of the decommissioning field (dismantlement, wells and P&A, regulatory compliance) Software: AutoCAD (general knowledge) MS Project or similar MS Office Fluency in English (Dutch, French a plus) Team player, autonomous, flexible and eager to contribute Job Offer We are large enough to offer exciting career opportunities and small enough to recognize your individual contribution An attractive and competitive salary and benefit package including 25 days holiday, based on a full-time basis of 40 hours a week Location: NL (Hoofddorp) with trips to sites, clients and suppliers Type of contract: Local Pension Salary commensurate to experience
