Job requirements: 1. Recognised vocational qualifications (equivalent to NVQ level 2) in respective trade. 2. 3+ years industry experience in equivalent role. 3. Basic understanding in written and spoken English preferable. 4. Demonstrable commitment to HSE excellence and leadership (training and competency testing equivalent to UK Construction Skills Certification Scheme H&S test for operatives). Specific requirements: 1. Occupational skills & knowledge (including functional skills). 2. Health & safety skills and knowledge (safe systems of work). 3. Awareness of human factors (including self-, situational- and risk-awareness, and communications). 4. Commitment to Continuous improvement (including positive experience). 5.
