Job Summary:

The Lead OSBL (Outside Battery Limits) plays a pivotal role in overseeing PMC project in Singapore. With 15 years of experience in the energy sector, the Lead OSBL will spearhead critical aspects of project execution, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

● Lead and coordinate OSBL activities for PMC project in Singapore.

● Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to ensure project success within designated timelines and budgets.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.

● Manage subcontractors, vendors, and third-party service providers to maintain project integrity and quality standards.

● Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of OSBL activities, including construction, installation, and commissioning phases.

● Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as needed.

● Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies throughout project execution.

● Facilitate communication and alignment between internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and external partners to mitigate conflicts and drive consensus.

● Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

● Prepare and present progress reports, status updates, and risk assessments to senior management and project stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.

● Minimum of 15 years of experience in the energy industry, with a focus on onshore, refinery, and greenfield projects.

● Proven track record of successfully managing OSBL activities for large-scale projects, preferably in Singapore.

● In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and standards related to project management, construction, and safety.

● Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor cross-functional teams.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

● Proficiency in project management tools and software applications.

● Willingness to travel to project sites and work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

● Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are desirable
