Scope of work
- Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent.
- Minimum 2‐5 years’ experience.
- Good typing speed and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Must be able to work with Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
- Must have 2‐5 years’ experience minimum in secretarial duties.
- Coordination and secretarial skills
- Professionalism and attitude
- To record all incoming and outgoing project correspondences.
- To assist the Project Management Team in the daily administration of the project office, project filling system and project database system
- To maintain complete project filling based on Index File (except for drawings which are
maintained by the disciplines).
- To maintain all documents and correspondences prepared within the Project.
- Preparation correspondences and arrange general documents
- Assist in the general administration for the project team
- Maintain the general document register of the project
- To coordinate all project travel requisitions and hotel booking arrangement.
- Prepare expense claim report for business trip
- To prepare the necessary requisitions for project office facilities
- To archive the project files at the end of the project.
