Scope of work
Responsible for cost engineering, cost analysis ; control, and planning scheduling activities for the project.
Directs cost analysis, and control activities.
Directs and sets requirements for schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, impact
identification, and recovery plan development activities.
Provides generally non-routine cost engineering/planning and scheduling guidance.
Identifies, analyses, and provides innovative solutions to cost engineering and
Has understanding to apply Project Control principles, theories, concepts, and industry
practices and standards.
Ability to lead a team of Planners and Cost Controllers
More than 15 years’ experience in Lead Project Controls position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data and analysis
Skilled in Microsoft and Primavera or above
Experience in Offshore EPC project execution especially Detail Engineering / Construction
