• Review and maintain the Trojena detailed approved Masterplan (DMP) from a statutory planning position. • Develop and implement through transition/translating the approved DMP into a Planning scheme, codes, and Development Control Plans. • Define functional standard specifications for solutions for SPA survey/affection plans in coordination with Trojena Development teams and relevant authorities. • Detailed and maintenance of the Trojena subdivisional Plan in accordance with internal and external requirements. • Support and control Trojena Land Use Plans (LUP) approvals with relevant stakeholders. • Maintain Trojena register of Initial Asset Briefs (IAB) and support the IAB approval process. • Support Trojena in the development of Governance documents to manage the Masterplan community. • Set out, Structure, and maintain the Trojena planning governance for residential services. • Engage with and manage approved third-party partners during the appropriate phases of the projects. • Manage the execution and delivery of projects for solution enablement. • Define required operational capabilities to support the production environment of solutions defined. • Manage communication with project team members, TROJENA, management, and stakeholders. • Resource planning as required and business case processes. • Support the design and development of state-of-the-art solutions in accordance with NEOM vision, standards, process, and policies. • 10 or more years’ post graduate experience in Statutory/Urban planning Profession. • Experience in developing planning schemes and codes from inception through to implementation, maintenance, and monitoring. • Strong attention to details and technicalities. • Degree qualifications in relevant profession. • Member of Professional bodies.
