Strong in computers such as navigator V8i by Bentley and Navisworks Freedom, good knowledge with documentations for control procedures, JSA, Method Statement, ICC (Isolation Completion Certificate) or IDP (Isolation De-isolation procedure), Red Spade. Strong at field Pre-commissioning (hydrotest, borescope, water jet), Commissioning (Mechanical run test, Flushing, air blowing, steam blowing, LOF, Mechanical Run Test, Boil out & Passivation) and startup activity. Good commander as OA (Operating Authority) to control the whole permitting for process activity, mechanical activity while commissioning period up to startup).
