I am Asyraf, an experienced construction industry executive with a background of Quantity Surveying.

Currently I'm working at Simebest Corporation Sdn Bhd as a Procurement Executive and involved in power generation projects.

Downstream task mainly on procuring any necessary Works, Services & Material needed for SCSB’s projects, from Pre-Qualification, Request for Quotation, until the Final Payment. Also prepare & review of Purchase Order/ Delivery Order/ Packing List/ Invoice before award to Vendor/Supplier. Post-contract task such as expediting & checking all items purchased from vendor by monitoring the delivery status from pickup to warehouse until delivery to Client. Then, liaise with Client’s representative on the completeness of works delivered. Besides that, I also prepare tender documents and fill-up tender paperwork for new projects.

My previous experience was with Consultant Engineer firm; Wan Husin & Associates Sdn Bhd (3 years), Main Contractor; Ahmad Zaki Sdn Bhd (1.5 years) and consultant QS firm; KPK QS Semenanjung Sdn Bhd (3 years), where I have done procurement, contract administration, taking-off quantities (manually and using software), estimation, interim payment valuation, VO valuation, remeasurement works and final account verification.
