- Validate engineering (Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Piping, Electrical, C&I, Telecom, HVAC, Process, Safety, Security), ITPs (Inspection and Tests Plans), WMSs (Work Method Statements) and HSSE deliverables
- Managing the Project milestones workshops sessions: 3D MODEL Review, HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, SIMOPS…
- Attending to Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) of some Project facilities
- Managing internal resources (office and on site) activities and workloads during Execution phase
- Make liaison between the Company project team and the Clients
- Reporting to the Company Top Management project activities
- Managing the supervision of different activities on site: Construction works, Quality Control, Topographical, Geotechnical and Hydraulic surveys, Quantity Surveying... in compliance with HSSE procedures
- Attending to Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) of some Project facilities
- Ensuring Technical & Commercial Interfaces with the stakeholders
- Validate Project Controller invoices and ensuring the payments from the Clients
- Follow up of the progress and the budget
