My personality is trustworthy, honest, high integrity, open minded, energetics, agile, responsible, adaptable, humorous, smart and fast learner. And my orientations are targets, benefits, outputs, outcomes and impacts for company by best quality and on time, firm but have empathetic.

I love to expand my experiences by new challenge, although I have been involved in Constructions Project Management for more than 18 years, especially construction management and civil works, both in integrated buildings including MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing), as well as infrastructures, water resources and special constructions such as hospitals, SUTT, offshore radar towers, reclamation and dredging. I also have experiences for 12 years as Management Consultant for Constructions in projects related to the Indonesian government, private companies, NGOs, Grant and Loan Programs by IBRD, OECF, IDA Credit, ADB, JICA/JBIC, AusAID, etc.

I can carry out in all projects process from planning/preconstruction to completed (PHO and FHO), like as the bidding process, proposals, work methods, negotiations and/or auctions, budgeting, scheduling, implementation, construction, cost control, quality control and assurance, rescheduling, equipment and man power analysis, contract changes orders, variation orders, and others activities to completed the project implementation.

My main frames to implementation the projects are CTQ-HSSE (Cost, Time Schedule, Quality - Health Safety Security and Environments). Tools of CTQ that are Methods of Work, Permits to Work (PTW), site inspection, defects list, punch list, weekly meeting, and others. Tools control of HSSE that are Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Site Supervision, Tool box meetings (TBM), Safety morning, etc. Important things to support the implementation of CTQ-HSSE are Quality Management System (QMS) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). By the references standard are : ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001 and SMK3.

The main literature to run projects are PMBOK and others to Define, Plan, Organized, Action, Control and Close up (D'POAC-C) supported by RCSA to deal with risks, SWOT analysis for problem solving, and HIRA for Health Safety Security and Environments assurance.

While the software and computer programs that I use are Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Word, Outlook, etc.), supported by other engineering software such as AutoCad, SketchUp, SAP2000, Etabs, etc.

And now, I am looking for a new opportunity to do my best at a right company, as General Manager Construction, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Engineering Manager, Project Plan and Control, or equivalent, at anywhere.
