In my previous roles, I gained valuable experience and skills that have prepared me to excel in the petroleum industry. As an intern at Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) in the Corporate Planning & Business Development department, I had the opportunity to work closely with industry-standard software such as CMG, Petrel, Excel, Microsoft Project, and production data analysis tools. Through this experience, I became adept at estimating reserves using production data, conducting horizontal and vertical analyses to identify trends, and presenting findings clearly and concisely. I also engaged in continuous research to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. This internship enhanced my analytical, reporting, strategic planning, and market research skills, all of which are crucial in the petroleum sector.

My involvement with the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) at the DUET CHAPTER further enriched my skill set. As the Director of Promotion & Publications, I played a pivotal role in creating and publishing the chapter's newsletter and promotional materials. This role honed my design and editorial skills and my ability to manage content and collaborate effectively with writers and editors. I also took the initiative to develop social media campaigns and print advertisements, showcasing my creativity and marketing acumen.

In my capacity as the Assistant Director of Event Management at SPE, DUET CHAPTER, I gained hands-on experience in organizing diverse events, ranging from technical sessions and workshops to seminars and social gatherings. This role taught me essential leadership and teamwork skills, as I led a group of volunteers and worked closely with executives to ensure successful event coordination. Managing on-site logistics, including registration, security, and catering, further refined my organizational and problem-solving abilities.

To enhance my technical expertise, I undertook virtual internships at the Arab Oil & Gas Academy. The courses I completed, "Machine Learning Fundamentals and Intro to Python" and "Effective Python for Exploration and Production," equipped me with a solid foundation in machine learning concepts, techniques, and Python programming tailored for the oil and gas sector. These skills are invaluable in an industry that increasingly relies on data-driven insights and advanced technologies.

Through my diverse experiences and continuous learning, I have developed a comprehensive skill set that encompasses technical proficiency, analytical understanding, effective communication, creative problem-solving, and adaptability. I am excited to bring these skills to the petroleum industry and contribute effectively to projects that align with my expertise and passion.
