    Dear Aidan : I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Eng. Eslam Attia. I highly recommend Eng. Eslam to your organization. I have known Eng. Eslam since 2018 as he worked under my command as a quality control engineer at Siba Gas Field Development Project (Siba - IRAQ), I have had an opportunity to observe his work, attitude, and his interaction with all team work. Eng. Eslam was a truly valuable asset to our team in this project. he is dependable, proactive, motivated, hard worker, team player, working under pressure and had the ability to work with nationalities. Eng. Eslam was responsible for many tasks like forming procedures, method statements, handling with 3rd party and auditing on laboratory and concrete mixing station……etc., he can accomplish tasks in a courteous and timely manner. Eng. Eslam is well equipped to grow from challenges that he is presented with. Because he develops his skills most of the time by reading different standers and taking courses.
