Good knowledge Aveva PDMS, Tribon 3D modeling, AutoCAD and training on Nupas Cadmatic softwares. Responsible for the designing HVAC systems. Prepare HVAC systems design drawing such as airflow, P&ID, D&D, ducting sizing, installation details, duct support etc. Preparation HVAC Calculations: Cooling load with Carrier HAP II-20, Heater, Ventilation requirement rating, Piping & Ducting pressure drop, Interdisciplinary coordination check to ensure clash free layout out of HVAC equipment installed adjacent to other services such as cable tray/ ladder, structural beam, F&G piping, lighting, etc. Attend project work meeting, liaise with third party certification, equipment vendor/ supplier and sub-contractor. Assist site supervision during the construction. Familiarity with hazardous area classification requirements (Zone, Gas group, Temperature class) for oil & gas application for offshore project as per IEC, ATEX, ISO 15138 Preparation of material requisitions (MR), Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) Codes & Standards like ASHRAE handbook, ISO 15138, NORSOK, ABS, DNV, SMACNA, NFPA, ISO 7547, SOLAS, Carrier HAP II-20, , Microsoft Office etc. Knowledge of As-built drawing.
