Overview

To support the contract owner to administer the assigned Contracts to ensure the works are performed by

the Contractors in accordance with the contract requirements.

Scope of work

  • Support the kick-off meeting with the User Department to outline plans and preparations for the

winning bidder.

  • Ensure performance bonds are procured, maintained, and updated as required by contracts.
  • Ensure all necessary insurances are procured, maintained, and updated as required by contracts.
  • Review and approve contractor change management plans.
  • Review and issue change notices or company instructions.
  • Coordinate the review of contractor change proposals.
  • Finalize and issue change orders or amendments.
  • Register, update, and report on the status of changes and amendments, including time and cost

implications.

  • Report to the procurement and control department on contract status.
  • Review contractor/consultant claim submissions and provide timely feedback.
  • Coordinate with the User (and Legal Departments, if necessary) to address and provide suggested

solution to any disputes from contractors regarding the Contract/PO/SO.

  • Work with the User Department to apply or impose sanctions, penalties, liquidated damages, or

rewards in accordance with the contract/PO/SO.

  • Prepare and finalize contract close-out documentation and perform contract close-out.
  • Report on contractor/consultant project performance upon contract completion.
  • Maintain confidentiality throughout the process.

Key requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree (S1) of Business Administration/Engineering/Business Law from a recognised
  • university; Master’s degree is advantage but not necessary.
  • • Good English both oral and written.
  • • Minimum 5 years working experiences in Oil & Gas industry for similar role.
  • • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • • Good leadership, planning, and strategic thinking.
  • • Sharp negotiation skills, good problem solving and decision-making skills which require
  • independent and original thinking.
  • • Willing to travel to the field and other areas.
